Return / Refunds
We believe in our products and conscious consumption. Nevertheless, it can happen that you have ordered the wrong or the product does not meet your expectations. In this case, we ask you for the following procedure:
- Inquire in the circle of friends and acquaintances, if someone wants to take the product. So maybe you can avoid a return.
- If this is not possible: Send the undamaged and originally packed product back to us by mail. At the same time send a short e-mail to email@example.com with the following information:
- Which product do you send back?
- Why are you sending the product back?
- Return receipt
As soon as we have received the goods, we will check them and the reasons for the return. If we agree with the return, you will get your money back. Please note that we can only take back undamaged and original packed goods.
To promote conscious consumption there are no free returns. We'll share the cost with you by giving you a coupon for 50% of the return cost. Please mail the document to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the product is on its way to us.
What we do:
- We describe and photograph products so that we build your expectations as realistic as possible
- We offer you the chance to put products on the wish list if you want to sleep over it again
- We answer your questions about the products at any time. Ask us via e-mail or on social media
What you can do:
- Avoid spontaneous impulse purchases. Instead, put the product on your wish list and sleep over it again
- Think about why and if you need the product
- If you have ever bought something that you do not like, ask friends or relatives, maybe they need it or they like it
- Read all the information on our website, especially the products such as size, etc.
- Ask us in case of ambiguity, we are always happy to hear from you!
